PT. Cameron System (USA Company), the leading worldwide oil wellhead manufacturer and service is looking for skilled, talented and qualified people for the follow position:
- HR REPRESENTATIVE (OFFICIAL LEVEL)
- WELDER
- Graduated Min. Psychology/Mangement/Law from reputable University (1), min. Senior High School majoring Mechanical(2)
- Must Understand the labor laws, IR, T&D, C&B, Understand KPI, expat permit handling (1)
- Familiar with TGI welding is an advantage (2)
- Has welding certificate will be prefered (2)
- Experience in the same field and position min. 3 years (1&2)
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written across departments and levels
- Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook)
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work flow, work independently with little supervision and in team work as well
- Discretion, good judgment, initiative, attitude, integrity, loyal and positive thinking
- Preferable understand SAP Payroll; ISO, OHSAS & Sigma is plus
